How to solve

For coal accumulation caused the reverse stop can not operate normally

Cleaning in time so as to ensure that the reverse stop in the reverse stop process force is uniform, after the end of the reverse stop can be restored to position does not affect the next reverse stop effect; If the gap of backstop is not left, it will produce heat, noise, vibration and other phenomena, which will shorten the service life of the backstop.

• 1: Clean up the coal accumulation under the moment arm

the special oil of the backstop (10W/40 according to the environment to choose the appropriate oil) to the half of the oil level observation (in the state of shutdown)

The steam and thin oil plays the role of reducing wear and cooling in the reverse stop, and the deterioration of oil will lead to the slip and wear of the reverse stop when the reverse stop is reversed, which will affect the effect of the reverse stop

• 1: It is recommended not to use other brands of oil instead. The composition and ratio of other oils cannot guarantee the use effect of the reverse stop.
