What Currencies Do You Accept?
Yuxuan Company primarily accepts payments in United States Dollars (USD), which is the standard and most stable currency for international automotive trade. However, to provide maximum convenience and reduce exchange costs for our global clients, our company's Non-Resident (NR) bank accounts can receive payments in a variety of other major and regional currencies. The final settlement and invoice amount will always be calculated and pegged to the equivalent USD value at the time of transaction.
Primary Payment Currency: US Dollar (USD)
We strongly recommend using USD for all transactions due to its universal acceptance, which simplifies the process and avoids potential delays associated with currency conversion fluctuations. Our Proforma Invoice and Commercial Invoice are issued in USD.
Additional Currencies Accepted via Our NR Accounts
For client convenience, we can receive funds in the following currencies. Please note that the final credited amount will be the USD equivalent after bank conversion based on the prevailing exchange rate. It is the client's responsibility to account for any foreign exchange differences or bank transfer fees.
| Region | Countries | Acceptable Currencies (ISO Code) | Important Notes & Considerations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Africa |
|
| Many African currencies have regulatory restrictions on outward transfers. Clients must ensure their banks can execute international payments in these currencies. USD is often the most feasible option. |
| Middle East |
|
| GCC currencies are stable and freely convertible. Payments in AED or SAR are very common and efficient for clients in this region. |
| Southeast Asia |
|
| Payments in SGD are highly efficient. For other currencies, clients should verify transfer limits and potential approval requirements with their local banks before initiating payment. |
| Other Major Currencies | European Union, United Kingdom, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Canada | Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Chinese Yuan (CNY), Japanese Yen (JPY), South Korean Won (KRW), Australian Dollar (AUD), Canadian Dollar (CAD) | These major global currencies are readily accepted. Payments in EUR and GBP are particularly common from European and Commonwealth clients. |
Payment Process and Instructions
To make a payment, please follow these steps:
- Receive Invoice: You will receive a Proforma Invoice (for deposit) or Commercial Invoice (for balance) in USD from Yuxuan Company.
- Currency Selection: Inform your dedicated sales manager if you intend to pay in a currency other than USD. We will provide you with the specific bank account details for that currency (account number, SWIFT/BIC code, beneficiary name).
- Initiate Transfer: Instruct your bank to send the payment in the selected currency to our corresponding NR account. Ensure the transfer covers all bank charges (recommend choosing "OUR" – charges borne by remitter).
- Send Remittance Proof: After payment, immediately email us the scanned copy of the bank's SWIFT/Telex confirmation for tracking.
Important Disclaimers and Recommendations
- Exchange Rate Risk: The final USD amount credited to our account will be based on the exchange rate applied by the intermediary and receiving banks at the time of conversion. We are not responsible for any shortfall due to unfavorable rates. To lock in the cost, paying in USD is safest.
- Bank Fees: International transfers often involve fees from multiple banks. Please factor this into your total payment amount.
- Payment Confirmation: Shipment preparation only begins after the funds are fully cleared and received in our account.
- Best Practice: For the most predictable and efficient transaction, we strongly advise settling all invoices in US Dollars (USD).
